摘要
文章阐述了非正式组织中隐性知识共享的特征,分析了影响隐性知识共享的主观因素和客观因素,继而构建了非正式组织中隐性知识的共享机制,该机制由4部分组成,其中,协同机制是该共享实现机制的控制中心,交流机制、激励机制和信任机制是实现隐性知识共享的3个具体实施方案。通过构建非正式组织中隐性知识共享机制,以期提高企业内非正式组织中隐性知识的共享效率。
This paper elaborates the characteristics of the tacit knowledge sharing in the informal organizations,analyzes the subjective and objective factors affecting the tacit knowledge sharing,and constructs the tacit knowledge sharing mechanism for the informal organizations.The mechanism consists of 4 parts,among which,the cooperation mechanism is the control center,the communication mechanism,the incentive mechanism and the trust mechanism are the 3 concrete implementing schemes for tacit knowledge sharing.By constructing the tacit knowledge sharing mechanism in the informal organizations,it’s hoped that the tacit knowledge sharing efficiency in the enterprise informal organizations will be improved.
