摘要
在体外条件下,研究了温度对草鱼血液中吞噬细胞活性的影响。结果表明,草鱼血液中参与吞噬的细胞主要有单核细胞和嗜中性粒细胞,前者的吞噬活性大于后者。温度对吞噬活性具有明显影响,20-30℃时细胞的吞噬活力几乎比4-10℃时高一倍,但温度过高不利于细胞吞噬反应。本文还讨论了鱼体对温度的适应性以及自然状况下季节对鱼类免疫反应的影响。
The effect of ambient temperature on the phagocytosis of peripheral blood phagocy-tes of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellns) was studied in vitro. The result showedthat both monocyte and neutrophil are of phagocytic ability and the stronger phagocyticactivity in monocyte compared with neutrophil. The phagocytic activity increased with arise of temperature from 4℃ to 30℃, which in higher temperature (20-30℃) was astwice as that in lower temperature (4-10℃), but decreased at 35℃. Acclimation offish to ambient temperature and seasonal effect on fish immune response are discussedin this paper.
