5种杂交F_1代罗非鱼致死低温的初步研究 被引量:17

摘要 在室外人工降温条件下,对莫桑比克罗非鱼(O.massambicus ♀)×荷那龙罗非鱼(O.hornorum ♂)杂交F1(下称莫荷鱼)、4个不同品系尼罗罗非鱼(O.niloticus ♀)×奥利亚罗非鱼(O.aureus ♂)杂交F1(如下分别称:尼奥鱼Ⅰ、尼奥鱼Ⅱ、尼奥鱼Ⅲ、尼奥鱼Ⅳ)共五个杂交F1罗非鱼进行致死低温研究,得出各杂交一代的半致死低温和死亡低温范围。实验表明当水温降到 11.4℃时,莫荷鱼首先开始死亡,其死亡低温范围为11.4℃-7.5℃;尼奥Ⅰ的致死低温范围是8.6℃-5.9℃;尼奥Ⅱ8.3℃-5.6℃;尼奥Ⅲ8.7℃-5.8℃;尼奥Ⅳ8.3℃-5.7℃。对五个杂交F1半致死温度进行研究,结果表明莫荷鱼对低温耐受能力较差,同尼奥Ⅱ和尼奥Ⅲ杂交F1相比有显著差异(P<0.1),而其它罗非鱼间对低温耐受能力无显著差异(P>0.1)。 Tolerances of five tilapia hybirds F1(O. massambicus(♀)×O. hornorum(♂) named as mo'he ; four different strains of O. niloticus(♀)×O. aureus(♂), named as ni'ao Ⅰ , ni'ao Ⅱ , ni'aoⅢ and ni'aoⅣ respectively) to low temperatures artificially decreased outdoor were studied. Meanwhile the lowest lethal temperatures of 50℃ individuals were calculated. It indicated that the mo'he F1 began to die firstly when temperature reached 11.4℃, its low lethal temperature ranged from 11.4℃ to 7.5℃. And the lethal temperatures ranged from 8.6℃ to 5.9℃for ni'ao Ⅰ ; 8.3℃ -5.6℃ for ni'ao Ⅱ ; 8.7℃-5.8℃ for ni'aoⅢ and 8.3℃-5.7℃ for ni'aoⅣ ,respectively. Comparison between lethal temperatures of 50℃ individuals of five hybrids F1 indicated that tolerance of mo' he to low temperature was worse than the other strains, and there was significant difference between mo'he and ni'ao Ⅱ,ni'aoⅢ (p〈0.1), but there wse no difference among the other (P〉0.1) by SPSS multiple comparisons.
