摘要
采用先进的人体血液测定仪 ,测定了转 hu- IFN- α基因草鱼和普通草鱼血液的各项生理生化指标 .统计分析结果表明 ,转 hu- IFN- α基因草鱼与普通草鱼血指标值 (红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积 )之间没有明显差异 ,但血浆生化指标中白蛋白、白蛋白 /球蛋白比值转基因鱼高于普通草鱼 .在转基因组内 ,血常规的歧值较高 ,说明转基因在个体中可能存在着不同的表达水平 .
Blood indices and the biochemical compositions in plasma of transgenic grass carp and normal grass carp are tested. The statistic results indicate that most of the blood indices between groups of the transgenic grass carp and the control do not show significant difference. But the albumin value and albumin-globulin ratio is higher in transgenics.While the systematic divergence(SD) value of RBC,WBC is larger within transgenic group.That shows that the transgene probably has different expression levels in different individual transgenics.
