摘要
通过一所地方高校引进高层次人才的案例,借鉴赫茨伯格的双因素理论,分析了人才流失的根本原因是“激励因素”的缺失所致。提出了地方高校仅仅依靠优厚的待遇是稳定不了高层次人才的观点。地方高校要做好高层次人才工作,必须在重视保健因素的基础上,围绕激励因素做好相关工作。如激发成就感,加强梯队建设,形成事业合力,增强心理归属感,以特色立校,用特色凝聚人才。
Abstract: Using Frederick Herzbery's Motivation-hygiene theory for reference, this article is to analyze the reason of brain drains and put forward an opinion that merely relying on the liberal wages and benefits cannot stabilize the high rank qualified personnel by means of the cases of high level personnel introduction in a local university. The relevant works must be done around motivation factor on the basis of attaching importance, on hygiene factor if the local colleges and universities wish to promote the work on high level qualified personnel For instance, inspiring the sense of achievement, strengthening the team construction, forming undertakings joint efforts and enhancing the mental sense of belongings to set up the school and condense the professional talents with distinguishing characteristics.
