摘要
本文借鉴合成仪器的思想,通过对相位和功率谱的最优估计实现对相位噪声的测量,研究并实现了全数字相位噪声合成仪器测量系统。论文分析了相位噪声测量系统的3个主要指标:测试频率、分辨率和精度,并着重分析了带通采样率、量化位数等对精度的影响。采用仿真方法分析了量化位数对相位估计精度的影响;将带通采样应用于开发的原理样机,并对样机的本底噪声和精度进行了对比测试,测试结果表明测量精度达到了-140 dBC/Hz@1Hz,-180 dBC/Hz@>10Hz。
An all digital phase noise measurement system with less than-150 dBc/Hz floor noise waspresented using optimal phase estimation algorithm and power spectrum algorithm based on synthesis instrument architecture.The three characters(frequency range,resolution and accuracy)of phase noise measurement system were analyzed,especially the influence of bandpass sampling rate,quantization bits to phase estimation accuracy have been analyzed and verified by simulation and experiment.A prototype based on bandpass sampling was implemented and tested,whose floor noise was better than-140 dBC/Hz@1Hz,-180 dBC/Hz@〉10Hz.
