摘要
随着相位噪声参数广泛的应用,其测量技术得到不断的发展,除了传统模式的相位噪声测量系统外,一些采用新技术的测量系统不断的被开发出来,包括应用互相关原理的信号源分析仪和应用高速数字信号处理的直接数字化相位噪声分析仪,它们各具优势,也将会得到广泛应用。
With the development of the phase noise parameter theory and measurement system, more and more new measurement systems are developed, which including signal analyzer and direct digital phase noise analyzer based on cross -correlation theory and high speed digital signal process . Different measurement systems have the special advantages which are used more and more widely.
