摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(300nm)测定了95%吡蚜酮原药的含量。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为0.1205,变异系数为0.13%,平均回收率为100.07%,线性相关系数为0.944。
Quantitative analysis of pymetrozine technical was conducted using HPLC with Lichrospher5-C18 column and UV detection at 300 nm. The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH and H20 at a ratio of 70：30 （by vol）, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Standard deviation, coefficient of variation, average recovery, and linear correlation coefficient were 0.1205, 0.13%, 100.07%, and 0.944, respectively.
