摘要
为了探讨硒颉颃氟致公鸡生殖毒性的效应,以公鸡为试验动物,在日粮中添加一定浓度的氟及硒与氟,检测公鸡氟中毒时睾丸组织p53 mRNA表达情况及硒颉颃效应,应用半定量RT-PCR法检测鸡睾丸组织内p53 mRNA表达水平,结果表明氟能增加睾丸组织内p53 mRNA的表达水平,进而诱导生殖细胞凋亡,硒能颉颃氟所致的睾丸组织p53 mRNA表达量的增加,从而减轻氟所致生殖细胞的凋亡。
To study effects of adding selenium to diets on the activity of the expression level of p53 mRNA in testicle tissues of chronic fluorosis chicken,the semi-quantitive RT-PCR for detecting the expression level of p53 mRNA was utilized.The result showed that fluorine could increase the mRNA expression of p53,selenium can antagonize the effect of fluorine toxicosis by decrease the mRNA expression of p53 and furthermore antagonize apoptosis of testicular cells in cock caused by fluorine
