摘要
目的:建立稳定的测定羊蹄中鞣质的方法。方法:用干酪素法测定鞣质含量,优化条件为:以70%丙酮超声提取30min,干酪素用量600mg,1.5%Na2CO3显色后30min测定。结果:优化方法线性良好,鞣酸平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为1.168%(n=5)。结论:该法简单、灵敏、稳定、可靠。
Goal： Establishes in the stable determination rumex japonica the tanning substance method. Method： Determines the tanning substance content with the casein law, the optimized condition is： Supersonic withdraws 30min by 70% acetone, after casein amount used 600mg,1.5% the Na2CO3 coloration, 30min determination. Finally： The optimized method linearity is good, the tannic acid average returns-ratio is 98.65%, RSD is 1.168%（n=5）. Conclusion： This law simple, keen, is stable, is reliable.
