摘要
分析黑果枸杞果实中鞣质的含量。方法:用匀浆法提取黑果枸杞果实中鞣质;采用紫外-可见分光光度法于670 nm处测定鞣质的含量。结果:鞣酸在4.90-24.50μg.mL-1浓度范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1.241 9X-0.042 8r,=0.999 9(n=5),黑果枸杞中鞣质的含量为3.03%,平均回收率为97.38%,RSD为1.11%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于黑果枸杞的鉴别和质量控制。
Tannin was extracted from Lycium ruthenicum with Homogenization.The content of Tannin was determinated by UV at 670 nm wavelength.The paper analyzed content of Tannin in Lycium ruthenicum.The results showed that the calibration curve was linear with the concentration ranges of 4.90-24.50 μg ·mL-1(n=5).The content of Tannin in Lycium ruthenicum is 3.03 %.The everage recovery was 97.38 %,with RSD of 1.11 %(n=9).This way is handy、celerity、nicety.It can be used to discriminate and dominate the mass of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.
