摘要
针对当前普遍存在的高校图书馆从业人员的职业枯竭问题,文章分析了职业枯竭产生的原因,提出了从业人员应正视现实、调整心态和对图书馆员应该关心爱护,不断培养提高,积极鼓励图书馆员参加高校活动的对策,应该营造一种有利于图书馆员学习、提升职业的优良环境和教育培训制度。
To counter with the current profession exhaustion of librarian in university, the paper has analyzed the reason for such profession exhaustion. The paper has put forward the countermeasures that the profession must envisage the present situation and adjust attitude, and the profession must be concerned, take care of, continue to be improved and activity encourage librarians to take part in university activities. It is essential to create favorable conditions for librarians to study so as to improve excellent circumstance and educational training system for this occupation.
