摘要
本文首次报道应用酶联电极测定大鼠胸腺、脾组织中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性的方法:及锌铁营养对大鼠免疫器官的发育和ADA活性的影响。锌缺乏及缺铁性贫血的大鼠胸腺重量及胸腺、脾组织ADA活性均下降:与正常组织比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。缺锌鼠经补锌治疗一月后:胸腺ADA活性较正常组增加33.03%;缺铁鼠补铁治疗一周后,胸腺ADA活性水平亦有增高。该法测定组织ADA活性重现性好,九次测定相对平均偏差2.28%:七个不同样本水平,平均回收率为97.00%。
This paper firstly rep-
orts the method of measuring adeno-
sine deaminase (ADA) activity of thy-
mus and spleen tissues in rats by amm-
onia gas-sensing electrode The accuracy
and precision of the method proved to
be satisfactory with an average recovery
and coefficient of variation of 97.0%

zinc and lroe deprivation on the deve-
lopments of thymus and spleen and on
ADA activity in young rats were st-
udied, by the method The results sugge-
sted that the weight of thymus and spl-
een were decreased and their ADA acti-
vity were also decreased in zinc or iron
deficiency groups. There was a significant
difference between two greewertoups(p<
0.05) After zinc supplementation for one
month in zinc deficiency rats, the weight
of thymus anb spleen recovered to normal
level, anb ADA activity of spleen tissue
also recovered, while ADA activity of
thymus was 33.03% higher than control
group. One week after administration
iron in iron deficiency rats both of thy-
mus weight and its ADA activity incre-
ased.
