摘要
以甘肃产凹凸棒石(ATTP)为基体,辅以活性氧化铝、成型剂等成分,经造粒后附载过渡金属氧化物Co3O4,制得了一种新型复合吸附脱硫剂Co3O4-γ-Al2O3/ATTP。通过对该物质的动态脱硫实验,研究发现ATTP含量、焙烧温度、脱硫剂含水率及过渡金属浸渍液浓度对SO2脱除性能均有影响,当ATTP含量为60%~70%,焙烧温度为600℃,Co(NO3)2浸渍液浓度为20%左右,且脱硫剂的含水率达到15%~30%时,该复合吸附脱硫剂具有较强的吸附性能和催化脱硫能力,其硫容可高达19.74%,脱硫效果优于CuO-γ-Al2O3/ATTP脱硫剂和CuO/γ-Al2O3脱硫剂。
A kind of new desulphurization agent Co3O4-γ-Al2O3/ATTP, which was a composite desulphurization adsorbent made of mixture of γ-Al2O3 and attapulgite (ATTP, produced in Gansu Linze) and some additives, and coated with the metal oxide (Co3O4), was studied. The influences of different ATTP content, roasting temperature, containing water rate of the desulphurizer and the concentration of Co(NO3)2 on capability of SO2 desulphurization by Co3O4-γ-Al2O3/ ATTP were also studied. According to the experiments, when ATTP content was about 60%- 70% of the total, roasting temperature was about 600 ℃, the concentration of Co(NO3)2 was about 20℃, and containing water rate of the desulphurizer was 15%-30%, the desulphurization adsorbent had good adsorption and good ability of desulphurization as a catalysis agent. Its sulfur tolerance was 19.74%, which was superior over CuO-γ-Al2O3/γ-Al2O3 and CuO/γ-Al2O3 desulphurizers. attapulgite(ATTP) ;γ-Al2O3 ;Co2O3 ;adsorption;catalysis;desulphurization
