摘要
通过对沸石的活化方法和其基本物化性能(主要包括化学成分、阳离子交换容量、密度、比表面积、孔径、渗透系数及热稳定性)及Pb2+,Co2+离子的吸附性能的初步研究认识到:1)经过酸化并经热处理后的沸石的阳离子交换容量(CEC)明显高于未经处理的原土;2)通过实验得出粒度为100目的天然沸石经酸活化处理后在300℃下热活化,1.5h后测得离子交换量为最佳;3)沸石的密度为1.789 g/cm3;渗透系数为0.087 cm/s(20℃);体积平均粒径为13μm;比表面积为190.67 m2/g,平均孔径为102.27 nm;4)沸石对重金属离子的吸附实验表明沸石对重金属离子Pb2+的吸附性能优于Co2+,20 m in时Pb2+和Co2+的吸附比(R d)分别为20 238.8 m l/g及63.8 m l/g;Pb2+和Co2+去除率分别为99.50%和40.00%。
The basic physicochemical properties of chemical composition,the cationic exchange capacity,density,specific surface area ,pore diameter,osmosis coefficient and so on,and the Pb^2+, Co^2+ ions adsorption capability of Xinjiang zeolite are researched. The experiment study showed that 1) The CEC value of zeolite treated with sulphuric acid and heat is higher than original zeolite;2) The optimum activation conditions for zeolite is to treat with the sulphuric acid activation and heat activation for 1.5hoursat 300℃ ;3)The density of zeolite is 1. 789 g/cm^3,coefficient of permeability,0.087cm/s(20 ℃); bulkaveragesize, 13μm; specificsurfacearea,190.67m^2/gand average pore size, 102.27 nm;4) zeolite adsorbs the heavy metal ions mostly in 20 minutes and the adsorption of Pb^2+ ion is better than Co^2+ ion,Co^2+ adsorption rate of zeolite is 20 238.8 ml/g and 63.8 ml/g respectively,Pb^2+ ,Co^2+ cleanout rate of zeolite is 99.5% and 40.00% respectively.
