摘要
利用热重(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段综合分析研究了凹凸棒石在热处理过程中其结构、形貌的变化。结果表明:凹凸棒石的微观结构随热处理温度的升高呈现显著的变化。当热处理温度30℃至300℃,凹凸棒石先后脱去外表面吸附水、孔道水、部分结晶水,凹凸棒石结构、形貌没有任何变化。在470℃,脱去凹凸棒石的剩余结晶水,凹凸棒石110晶面特征衍射峰逐渐变弱,凹凸棒石的结构开始发生改变。在600℃左右,缓慢脱去凹凸棒石的结构水,孔道结构完全塌陷。在800℃,凹凸棒石晶体原有的结构完全被破坏,棒状形貌消失,出现了烧结现象。
The structural and morphological properties of attapulgite during heat treatment were studied by thermo- gravimetric(TG), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicated that as the heat treatment temperature was increased, the micro-crystal structure of attapulgite displaied significant changes. Water was ab- sorbed in the channel and outside surface of the attapulgite and some of the water in the attapulgite were lost when the heat treatment temperature between 30℃ and 300℃ . However, the structure and morphology of the attapulgite were remained and unchanged. Residual water in the attapulgite was lost at 470℃ and the characteristic diffraction peaks of the attapulgite in 110 crystal faces became weaker while the structure of attapulgite began to change. Hydroxyls were lost at 600℃, de- grading the channel structure. The morphology of attapulgite fibers was destroyed and appeared sintering phenomenon after heat treatment over 800℃.
