Features and influence factors of stuffing sand used for ladle

摘要 基于有关钢包引流技术,综合分析了影响钢包引流材料的功能、材料实际受力情况、材质的种类以及其它相关的影响因素,围绕材料的特性和使用之间的关系展开讨论,提出了优化引流砂使用性能的方法以及相关的控制参数。 Based on the slide gate packing technology the present paper reviews and analyzes the factors affecting the performance of the stuffing material, the real load the stuff bears, categories of materials and the other relative factors, discusses the problems around the relationship between the materials teatures and usage and puts forward the method for optimization of stuffing sand usage as well as the related control parameters.
