迁钢公司板坯钢包水口自开率改善实践

摘要 通过控制引流砂的质量稳定性,测试了引流砂的烧结性、渗钢性和热震性,采用有限元分析了出钢钢流对引流砂丘的作用;结合现场工艺控制与管理,介绍了迁钢公司改善钢包水口自开率实践所取得的实效。 According to controlling stuffing sand quality stability, the stuffing sand agglomerability, steel infiltration and thermal vabration performances are tested and the role of steel tapping flow to stuffing sand dune is analyzed by the finite element method. Based on the process control and management, the real effect of improving laddle nozzle self-opening rate in Qian' an company are introduced.
