摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定银翘解毒丸中绿原酸的含量。采用Diamonsil（钻石）C18色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.2mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠（40∶60）;流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长为324nm;绿原酸在0.0359～0.718μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）;平均回收率为98.43%,RSD=1.04%（n=5）。本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Jiedu Wan by HPLC.A Diamonsil C18 column was used with methanol-0.2mol·L^-1 NaH2PO4（40∶60） as mobile phase.The detecting wavelength was 324nm.The linear range was 0.0359～0.718μg（r=0.9998） and the average recovery was 98.43%,RSD=1.04%（n=5）.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used in the quality control of this preparation.
