摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定银翘解毒丸(大蜜丸)申绿原酸和牛蒡苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为Thenno ODS-2Hypersil(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长为280nm;柱温为30%。结果:绿原酸和牛蒡苷线性范围分别为0.049~0.984μg(r=0.9996)和0.060~1.230μg(r=0.9994)。平均加样回收率分别为99.4%(RSD=1.3%)和99.1%(RSD=1.1%)(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于测定银翘解毒丸中绿原酸和牛蒡苷的含量。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and arctiin in Yinqiao Jiedu pills. Method： The separation was performed on a Thermo ODS-2Hyperil column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was com- posed of acetonitrile（A）-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（B） with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 280nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Result： The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.049- 0. 984 μg（ r =0. 999 6） for chlorogenic and 0.061 5-1.23 μg（r =0. 999 4） for arctiin. The average recovery of chlorogenic acid and arctiin was 99.4% （ RSD = 1,3% ） and 99.1% （ RSD = 1.1% ） （ n = 6）, respectively. Condusion： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used in the content determination of chlorogenic acid and arctiin in Yinqiao Jiedu pills.
