摘要
目的:测定银翘解毒胶囊中绿原酸含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定银翘解毒胶囊中绿原酸的含量。结果:绿原酸线性范围为0.1321-1.889μg,平均回收率为100.16％(RSD=1.76％)。结论:该方法准确、重现性好、简便、易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiaojiedu Capsules. Methods: To establish a method using HPLC for determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiaojiedu Capsules. Result: A good linearity of chlorogenic acid was obtained in the range of 0.1321-1.1889μg,the mean recovery 100.16%(RSD=1. 76%).Conclusion:The results showed this method is accurate,reproducible,simple and easy to do. It can be used for the quality control of this drug.
