摘要
对卷扬机减速机中末级行星齿轮破碎进行的材料化学成分、金相组织、硬度测试及断件断口的宏观及微观的分析表明,行星齿轮的破碎是属于短时过载引起的一次性突然脆断。产生短时过载的原因是由于齿轮中滚柱显微组织不良,引起滚柱失效破裂,造成行星齿轮转动阻塞,从而引发行星齿轮的破碎。
In this paper, the microstructure, chemical composition, microhardness and surface morphology of the crashed epicyclic gear in windlass were investigated. The results show that the crash of the epicyclic gear resulted from overload. Unappreciated microstructure is the main reason of the failure of rollers.
