20CrMnTiH5后桥主动齿轮轴断裂原因分析

摘要 借助直读光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计、光学显微镜等仪器去检测并通过断口宏观观察、金相组织观察和硬度检测等方法,对20CrMnTiH5钢后桥主动齿轮轴在装配过程中发生断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,送检试样螺纹牙处组织为马氏体+少量屈氏体,非回火组织,该组织导致螺纹牙处硬度较高,脆性较大,从而引起后桥主动齿轮在装配时发生断裂后桥主动齿轮轴断裂。因此,后桥主动齿轮轴渗碳淬火后未按工艺要求进行回火,是发生断裂的主要原因。 With the help of direct reading spectrometer,scanning electron microscope analysis,micro hardness tester,optical microscope and other instruments to detect,the fracture causes of 20crmntih5 steel rear axle driving gear shaft during assembly are analyzed through the macroscopic observation of fracture,metallographic structure observation and hardness testing.The results show that the microstructure at the thread teeth of the sample sent for inspection is martensite+a small amount of troostite,non-tempered structure,which leads to high hardness and brittleness at the thread teeth,resulting in the fracture of the rear axle driving gear shaft.Therefore,the main reason for the fracture is that the rear axle driving gear shaft is not tempered according to the process requirements after carburizing and quenching.
