摘要
介绍了挖掘机、卷扬机缠绕钢丝绳的卷筒圆弧形螺旋槽、环槽的一种新的加工方法的原理及仿形轮的设计。这种加工方法采用微机控制技术和液压仿形技术相结合对普通车床进行改造，实现自动加工。
In this paper, the working principle of a new method for turning of belieal and ring grooves of rolls for twining wire rope in an excavator or hoistor. The design of copying wheel is given too. Combined microcomputer control and hydraulic copying technique, an engine lathe is retro fitted into an automatic lathe to turning such kind of workpiece.
