尼罗罗非鱼腺垂体的显微和超微结构研究 被引量:5

摘要 对尼罗罗非鱼(Tilapia nilotica)的腺垂体进行显微和超微结构研究.通过Heidenhain-Azen和PFA-AB-PAS-OG染色,比较腺垂体的腺细胞类型及在腺垂体前叶、间叶和过渡叶的分布.在电镜水平上对腺垂体七类内分泌细胞的超微结构和对前叶存在的一种非分泌细胞(星状细胞)作描述和讨论.结果表明,同属罗非鱼内分泌腺细胞在腺垂体的分布和染色特征是相一致的. Studies on the structure and ultrastructure of the adenohypophysis in Tilapia nilotica were made. With,Heidenhain-Azen and PFA-AB-PAS-OG staining techniques, 7 secretory and 1 non-secretory cell types can be identified in rostral pars distalis, proximal pars distalis and pars intermedia, of the adenohypophysis. The ultrastructural features of the 7 structurally different endocrine cell types and the rostral pars distalis, stellate cells are described and discussed, The results indicate that the various cell types of the adenohyphysis in Ti'japia nilotica are tinctorially and topographically similar to the descriptions for other Tilapia speies.
