摘要
教师工作胜任特征是指在教师教学工作岗位上,作为学生知识、能力、技能及心智建构的合格引导者,所应该具备的任何可以客观评价的个人特点的集合,包括知识、能力、技能、动机等内容。初步提出并建构了我国教师工作胜任特征模型,该模型包括8个因素:业务知识、认知能力、教学监控能力、职业动机、职业管理、沟通合作、学生观、为人师表,并与新课程改革教师的评价标准进行了比较。
This paper first defines the connotations of a teacher' s competence, including his knowledge, ability, skills, motivation, etc. Next, the paper summarizes the relevant research findings on a teacher's teaching competence. Then, the paper introduces studies of the orientation of teachers' qualifications for the employment and constituents of teachers' specialties in middle schools. The paper proposes and builds up a model of features of a teacher' s competence, which comprises eight components: the teacher' s professional knowledge, his cognitive capability, his ability to monitor and control his teaching process, his career motivation, his career management, his ability to cooperate and communicate with others, his views of his students, and his being worthy of the name of a good teacher.
