摘要
从理论和实践两方面分析外包业务在我国传统水电企业结构转型中得到广泛应用的原因以及外包业务的特点、风险。对统计数据和案例进行研究,结果表明,外包业务在水电企业中作用越来越重要,外包行为更加虚拟化,水电企业与外包商之间合作程度更深,各种新型外包业务得到更加广泛的应用。水电企业可以通过外包战略获得竞争优势,并寻找机会走向国际。
The causes of outsourcing widely applied in the reconstruction of traditional hydropower enterprises in China as well as its characteristics and risk were analyzed theoretically and practically.Statistical data and case studies show that outsourcing has played a great role in hydropower enterprises and has been operated more virtually,the cooperation between enterprises and suppliers has been deepened,and new types of outsourcing businesses will be applied more widely.Hydropower enterprises should gain competitive advantage and find opportunities to realize their internationalization by means of outsourcing.
