摘要
资源型城市是依托当地自然资源的优势,通过矿产和能源的开采与经营而兴建或者发展起来的城市。以自然资源为主线的产业链在当地经济结构中占有重要的地位,但随着自然资源的枯竭,这类城市陷入"矿竭城衰"的境地,于是发展未来的发展已经成为备受关注的问题,经济转型迫在眉睫。由于这种城市对资源的过度依赖和自身因素的限制,在转型时会遇到很多障碍。因此,我们需要探索适合资源枯竭型城市经济转型的方式来跨越这些障碍,走出一条适合它们具体情况的路子,促进资源枯竭型城市的全面协调和可持续发展。
Relying on local natural resource, resource-based cities make development through the exploitation and the operation of mineral and energy, and natural resource-based industries occupy an important position in the local economy. But following the depletion of natural resources, they trapped in bad position. So when their future development has become a major concern, the restructure of economic has to be operated immediately. Because of this city＇s over-reliance on resources and its own constraints, the restructure of economic will face many obstacles. Therefore, we need to explore new methods for resource-exhausted cities to across these obstacles, and use a suitable path in their specific conditions, so as to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of resources-exhausted cities.
