摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定感冒退热颗粒中腺苷的含量，以有效控制其内在质量。方法采用VP-ODS柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；磷酸盐缓冲液（pH6．5）-甲醇（17：3），检测波长260mm，流速1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为室温。结果腺苷在3．93-39．28mg·L^-1（r=0．9999，n=6）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．3％，RSD=0．61％。结论本法简便、灵敏、重复性好、准确可靠，可用于感冒退热颗粒中腺苷的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of adenosine in Ganmao Tuire granules. Methods The samples were separated by VP-ODS column（150mm×4.6mm,5μm） ,the mobile phase was phosphate acid buffer solution（pH 6.5 ）-methanol（ 17：3 ） ,the detection wavelength was at 260 nm ,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the column temperature was indoor temperature. Results The linear range of adenosine was in 3.93-39.28 mg·L^- 1（r = 0.9999, n = 6 ）. The average recovery was 99.3 % with RSD of 0.61%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive , accurate and can be used to determine the contents of adenosine in Ganmao Tuire gralunes.
