摘要
建立HPLC法同时测定感冒退热颗粒中含表告依春和连翘苷的量，以有效控制其质量．测定条件如下：Ultimate XB-C18（5μm，4．6 mm×250 mm）为色谱柱，乙腈-0．02％磷酸水溶液（23∶77）为流动相，检测波长235 nm，流速：1．0 mL/min，柱温为35℃．结果表明，表告依春在0．01063～0．05315μg范围内呈线性关系（R＝0．9999），加样回收率为98．50％，RSD值为0．51％（n＝9）；连翘苷在0．09981～0．49905μg范围内呈线性关系（R＝0．9999），加样回收率99．93％，RSD值为0．61％（n＝9）．不同生产厂家的感冒退热颗粒中含连翘苷量相差不大，但含表告依春量差异较大．本实验建立的方法简便、稳定、准确可靠，可用于感冒退热颗粒的质量控制．
In order to control the quality effectively a method for determination of epigoitrin and forsythin contents simultaneously in ganmao Tuire granules was established .The samples were separated by the chromatographic column of ultimate XB -C18 （5 μm, 4.6 mm ×250 mm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.02%phosphoric acid solution （23∶77）, and the detection wavelength was at 235 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was at 35℃.Results indicated that the linear range of epigoitrin was 0.010 63-0.053 15 μg（R=0.999 9）, and the average recovery was 98.50%with RSD of 0.51%（ n=9）.The linear range of forsythin was 0.099 81~0.499 05μg （R=0.999 9）, and the average recovery was 99 .93%with RSD of 0 .61%（ n=9 ） .The forsythin content in Gan-mao Tuire granules was little different and the epigoitrin content was obviously different from different pharmaceut-ical factories .This method is simple , stable , accurate and reliable .It can be used for quality control of Ganmao Tuire granules .
