摘要
用离子替代法制备了ＺｎＯ／ＺｎＳ复合超微粒，并且用ＬＢ膜技术进行有序组装。结果显示：ＺｎＯ／ＺｎＳ复合超微粒具有独特的性质；ＺｎＯ／ＺｎＳ超微粒／硬脂酸复合ＬＢ膜具有良好的成膜性能和层状结构以及不同于胶体的光谱特征；在适当的表面压下，ＺｎＯ／ＺｎＳ复合超微粒被组装成纳米线。
The ZnO/ZnS composite ultrafine particles were prepared by ion replacement method and orderly fabricated with LB film technique.The results showed:ZnO/ZnS composite ultrafine particles had unique property.ZnO/ZnS particles/stearic acid composite LB films had good forming film characterization,lamellar structure and different spectrum characterization.ZnO/ZnS composite ultrafine particles were fabricated nanometer wire at certainly surface pressure.
