摘要
通过Sol-gel方法和气相反应原位生长法制备了CdS,ZnS分散在二氧化硅凝胶玻璃中的纳米复合材料,纳米粒子尺寸在2-6nm 。用吸收光谱和荧光光谱观察了室温下纳米复合材料的量子尺寸效应。
The nanocomposites of Cds, Zns dispersed in silica gel glass are preparedthrough sol-gel and gas reaction in-situ growth,processes. The size of nanometer parti-cles are in 2~6 nm. Using absorption spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum ob-serve the quantum size effect of nanocmposites at room temperature.
