摘要 从我国能源供需总体形势出发,结合分析国外风电发展状况,阐述了大力发展风能等可再生能源的必要性和意义,提出了我国在风电开发与利用中存在的主要问题。分析了风电大规模开发对电源和电网结构、运行方式、需求侧用电方式等产生的影响,基于风电和电网的规划建设要"同步进行"和"同步配套",提出了"分级接入"和"分区消纳"的风电发展利用模式,全面提升电网对可再生能源的运输能力。 This paper describes the necessity and significance for China to vigorously develop renewable energy sources such as wind power from the overall situation of China's energy supply, demand and foreign wind power development, and points out the major problems in wind power development and utilization. The paper analyses the influence of a large-scale development on wind power and the power grid structure, operation, demand-side power consumption, and put forward wind power development and utilization model of "classification access "and" district consummation" based on the planning and development "in parallel" and "simultaneously supporting", comprehensively upgrades the capacity of the power grids transport renewable energy.
