摘要
西北地区风电具有大规模、高集中、远距离的特点,其并网后对电网稳定运行有很大的危害,需要其它常规电源对其进行补偿调节。在介绍西北水电资源的基础上,分析比较了以水电为主和以当地火电为主2种情况下的西北风电功率补偿问题,建议将西北电网作为整体考虑,利用西北地区丰富的水能资源和补偿调节能力,优先考虑各种水电为风电调峰,火电作为补充的调峰方法。
The wind power in the northwest region,characterized by large-scale,high concentration and long distance,would exert severe damages to the stable operation of the power grid once interconnected with the grid,therefore compensation regulation is needed from other conventional electric power sources.This paper firstly introduced the hydropower resources in the region,and then compared two options of the power compensation mainly by hydropower and mainly the local thermal power.This paper suggested that the northwest power grid should be considered as a whole when the power compensation being addressed.Also,the rich water resources and compensation regulation capability should be made full use,with the priority given to hydropower for the peak regulation for peak loads,and the local thermal power used as a supplement.
