摘要
基于我国丰富的风能资源和国内复杂地貌地形和气候条件,研制了一套符合中国国情的风资源评估软件,旨在为我国风能资源评估提供技术手段。该软件根据各地实际风速分布的不同情况采用了相应的拟合较好的风速分布模型,使我国风资源评估具有较高的准确性。本系统除具有常用软件对风速的年变化、月变化、日变化以及风速风向频率的分析功能外,还可结合具体型号风力机功率曲线估算某拟建风场的发电量,最后在以上分析的基础上做出该拟建风场的经济分析。文中把本系统试验结果与德国WPL53最新版本的风资源评估软件对同组数据进行分析的结果进行对比,比较结果证明了本系统的正确性。这可表明解决了我国特殊地形下的风资源评估问题,将为我国风电场选址和风资源评估提供参考依据。
Based on China's rich wind resource, complex terrain & physiognomy and weather condition, a new wind resource assessment system is developed in this paper so as to provide technical means for wind resource assessment in China. For different wind speed distribution this system offers different wind speed distribution model, which improve the veracity of the assessment. Other than commonly used software for wind speed analysis for yearly, monthly and daily wind speed change or wind direction distribution, the system can also complete evaluation of generated electricity of one wind farm by the curve change of turbine power. From the above result the wind farm's report of economic analysis is generated. Comparing the result of the experimentation with the result from the newest German wind resource assessment software named WPL53, we can see the effectiveness of the system development, which resolves our wind resource assessment in complex instance and it is reliable for us to be value of reference to wind resource assessment and selecting the wind farm.
