The Role of Thrombin in Edema Formation After Intracerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 文章阐述了凝血酶和凝血酶受体的分子结构和生物学特性,重点讨论了凝血酶通过促发细胞炎症反应、细胞凋亡以及损害血脑屏障导致脑出血后脑水肿形成的机制。 The article describes the molecular structure and biological characteristics of thrombin and thrombin receptor. It manly discusses thrombin caused the mechamisms of cerebral edema formation after intracerebral hemorrhage by promoting cell inflarrrnatory reaction, neuron apoptosis and injurying blood-brain barrier.
