摘要
目的探讨基督教信仰对信仰者心理健康的影响。方法使用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),探讨某市中年基督教信仰者的心理健康状况。对某市14个基督教堂点进行调查,选取200例基督教徒为被试,回收有效问卷172份;同时选取240例同一城市具有相似生活背景的无宗教信仰中年人为对照组进行研究,收回有效问卷199份。结果中年基督教信仰者心理健康水平普遍高于无宗教信仰的中年群体,但其心理健康状况仍低于国内成年人的平均水平;不同性别、不同信仰时间、不同经济收入和宗教活动参与情况的基督教信仰者其心理健康状况无明显差异;不同人格类型和不同人格特质对中年基督教信仰者的心理健康有很大影响。结论基督教信仰者心理健康状况受到多种因素的影响,其中人格因素影响较为突出。
Objective To discuss the influence of Christian belief to the believer＇s mental health. Methods The mental health status of middle--aged Christians in a city was surveyed with psychotropic symptom checklist （SCL--90） and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）. 14 Christian churches were investigated and 200 Christians were tested in the study group. 172 effective questionnaires were called hack. At the same time, 240 non--religious middle--aged people who had similar background to Christians were selected as the control group, and 199 effective questionnaires were called back. Results The mental health status of middle--aged Christians was generally better than the status of non --religious middle--aged, but it was still lower than the average of domestic adults. There was no significant difference of the mental health status among Christians in different sex, different belief time, different income and participation in religious activities. The different personality types and different personality traits of middle--aged Christians had significant impacts on the mental health, Conclusions The mental health of Christian believers is influenced by the variety of factors,including personality factors more prominent.
