摘要
土地复垦保证金是一种能够有效促进矿区土地复垦的经济激励手段,我国的土地复垦保证金制度刚刚起步,本文介绍了我国矿区土地复垦保证金制度的建设现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并提出了进一步完善矿区土地复垦保证金制度的建议。
land reclamation performance bonds system can promote land reclamation in mineral area effectively and it is just on the starting stage in our country. This article introduces the present construction situation of land reclamation performance bonds in our country, analyses the problems existed and put forward improving countermeasures.
