摘要
本文分析了现阶段我国矿业开发中面临的主要生态环境问题,国外矿业发达国家的矿山生态环境保护的先进措施和具体做法,指出了我国实施矿山复垦保证金制度的必要性和可行性,并提出了具体的实施方案。
This article analyses the main problem of mine exploiting at present in China,points out the need and the availability of environment of mine and reclamation cash deposit system,and puts forward some detail countermeasures and drafts,at last, discusses the difficulty and problem that must be faced when practice the environment of mine and the reclamation cash deposit system.
