摘要
采用水选法对新疆某矿天然膨润土进行钠化、提纯,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对制备的钠基蒙脱石进行有机改性,XRD、TG-DSC和FTIR表征结果显示,制备的钠基蒙脱石含量达到95%以上,有机改性蒙脱石中CTAB已插入蒙脱石层间,层间距明显增大,由1.25nm增至1.94nm。
In this paper.a natural bentonite producing from Xinjiang is treatedwith cation (Na^+) replacement and purified by hydro-separating for preparing Na^+-Montmorillonite (Na-MMT). Organo-Montmorillonite(C16-MMT) has been prepared when Na-MMT is modified with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), which is characterized by XRD analysis, TG-DSC and FTIR. The results indicate that the weight content of Na-MMT in the sample can reach above 95% ,and the interlayer distance increases from about 1.25nm for Na-MMT to 1.94nm for C16-MMT after intercalation of CTAB into the MMT gallery.
