钠基膨润土干燥机理及动力学模型的研究

摘要 本文通过膨润土颗粒在悬浮态下干燥的实验测试数据,对该类物料的干燥机理进行了剖析,在此基础上回归了一个半理论半经验的干燥动力学模型.通过电镜、x-射线衍射以及化学分析,探讨了干燥温度对物料结构性能的影响. In this paper, the drying mechanism of hentonito is studied based on experimental data obtained when bentonite particles are dried in suspended state. A semi theoretical kinetie model for drying this material is presented. The influence of drying temperature on the properties of bentonite produced is studied by means of elect ronic microscopy, X-ray diffraction technique and chemical analysis. This work provides the basis of .dryer design and process optimization for drying bentonite.
