摘要
微生物-矿物相互作用普遍存在于自然界中.本文主要目的是探讨两株土壤菌与蒙脱石相互作用过程.选取了土壤中革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌各1株,分别与钙蒙脱石相互作用.在实验中,对葡萄糖消耗率、pH值随时间的变化趋势进行分析,发现蒙脱石对两株土壤菌的生长有一定的缓冲促进作用.XRD分析结果表明,蒙脱石在与土壤菌作用后,矿物晶体结构发现变化,层间距增大,C轴方向堆垛有序程序降低;FTIR分析结果表明,蒙脱石与土壤菌作用后,不仅出现了来自土壤菌的新峰,而且粘土矿物结构基团分子环境也发生改变,说明土壤菌在生长代谢产物进入蒙脱石矿物层间域内,使得蒙脱石底面间距增大.对比两株土壤菌对蒙脱石的作用效果可知,革兰氏阳性菌起着主导作用.希望此研究能够为微生物-矿物相互作用各项机理研究探讨提供新线索.
The interactions between microbes and minerals are very widespread in the nature. This paper is aim to investigate the interaction between two different type soil bacteria and smectite. We selected one gram-positive bacterium and one gram-negative bacterium isolated from soil to interact with Ca-smectite, respectively. In the exper- iment,we analyzed the variation trend of glucose(GLU)consumption rate,pH value with the time,and we found that smectite exhibited a certain buffering and promoting effects on the growth of both these two different soil bacteria. The XRD results show that after the interaction with soil bacteria, the crystal structure of smectite changed, the interlayer spacing of smectite increased and C-axis stacking ordered gradually decreased. In the FTIRspectra, not only a peak assigned to soil bacteria appeared, but also peaks of the structural groups of smectite also modified by theinteraction with soil bacteria. It shows that some products of metabolism of soil bacteria have intercalated into the smectite interlayer,and resulted in increasing of basal spacing. Comparing the effects of two soil bacteria, the gram- positive bacterium presented stronger effects. We hope that this paper can provide new clues for explaining the mechanism of the interaction between microbes and minerals.
