摘要
采用索氏浸提法对紫胶软树脂含量的测定方法进行了研究。取紫胶树脂粉碎后过40目筛,用乙醚溶剂浸提,计算出软树脂的含量。从试验条件组合、再现性等角度对软树脂含量的测定方法进行了优选和验证。得到索氏浸提法测定紫胶软树脂的最佳条件为:溶剂乙醚,浸提时间6h,浸提前室温浸泡12h,称样量0.2g。
The Test Method for the soft resin content of lac was investigated by Soxhlet Extraction. Pulverized lac resin, after 40 mesh screening, was extracted by ether solvent, then the resin content was calculated. Proof tests were taken for such method on experimental condition arrangement, reproducibility and accuracy. The optimum conditions of lac soft resin determination by Soxhlet extraction were obtained. These conditions were： the ether solvent, extraction time for 6h, soaking time for 12h in the room temperature ahead of extraction, sample dosage 0.2g.
