Ang-2、Caspase-3与大肠癌的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)是继血管内皮生长因子(VEGF) 之后发现的又一内皮细胞特异性的促血管生成因子,是一种新型的血管生成调节剂,在肿瘤血管生成中起着至关重要的作用。而半胱天冬酶-3(Caspase-3)是Caspase 通路中与细胞凋亡关系最密切的Caspase分子,具有剪切管家蛋白和DNA片段的功能。肿瘤细胞的增殖与凋亡的失衡是肿瘤发生和发展的重要环节,本文就Ang-2及Caspase-3的结构、生物学特性、与大肠癌的关系等方面作一综述。
