摘要 目的研究caspase-3和survivin在肝细胞癌中的蛋白表达及其临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S^P法检测44例原发性肝细胞肝癌组织中caspase-3和survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果肝细胞癌中caspase-3和survivin阳性率均为75.0%。Survivin的表达与肿块大小、分期有相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01),与年龄、分级无明显相关性(P>0.05),caspase-3的表达与患者年龄、肿块大小、分级、分期均无相关性(P>0.05);Caspase-3和survivin的蛋白表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)结论Survivin与caspase-3关系密切,survivin可能通过抑制caspase-3活性,在肿瘤生长和进展过程中发挥重要作用。 Aim To investigate the protein expression of easpase-3 and survivin and its clinicopathological features in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The protein expression of caspase - 3 and survivin of 44 cases of hepatocelluar cancer was examinated by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of both caspase-3 and survivin were 75%. The expression of survivin was positively correlated to TNM staging and tumor size (P 〈 0.01 , P 〈 0.05, respectively). No correlations were found between the expression of caspase-3 and clinicopathological features of the tumor. There was a significant negative correlation between the protein expression of caspase-3 and survivin ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Survivin is closely related to caspase-3, which might play an important role in tumor expansion and progression by negative regulation to caspase-3.
