摘要
近年来,国外技术壁垒已演变成制约我国对外贸易发展的一大桎梏。如何及时地、积极主动地应对技术壁垒是摆在我们面前迫切需要解决的问题。对技术壁垒信息进行有效的管理,在及时收集国外技术壁垒信息、正确分析和顺畅传递的基础上建立一个反应迅速、灵活高效的技术壁垒应对系统是解决问题的最关键的一步。
In recent years, the foreign countries＇ technological barriers has already become the biggest obstacles withhold Chinese foreign trade development. How to dealing with them timely and positively is the most urgently problem needed us to face and settle as soon as possible. In .this essay, I put forward that the essential step to make improvement in coping with technological barriers is to implement effective management of Technological barriers＇ infonmtion which is called ＂Gate Moving Along＂ including timely information collection, correct informarion analysis and unhindered information delivery.
