摘要
长久以来 ,自由贸易政策和保护贸易政策一直是各国讨论的核心问题 ,虽然自由贸易为经济学家所青睐 ,但保护贸易政策的实施却始终没有停止过。本文就此论及两种目前最为典型的保护贸易理论 ,即传统的幼稚工业保护理论和新贸易保护理论中的战略性贸易政策。这两种保护贸易理论具有很强的实际意义 ,因此 。
For a long time free trade policy and trade protection policy have been the kernel issues that all the countries are discussing. Although the free trade has been favoured by the economists ,the implementation of trade protection policy has never stopped. This paper involves in two most typical trade protection theories at present : the traditional immature industry protection theory and the strategic trade policy in the new trade protection theory. These two trade protection theories have strong realistic meanings, so to analyze and study the main point of views and the similarities and differences of these two theories appear especially necessary.
