摘要
目的了解门诊患者心电图检查心律失常的检出情况，为心律失常研究提供流行病学资料。方法收集汾阳医院心功能检查室2011年9月7日至2012年3月7日门诊心电图检查患者的临床资料、心电图表现，分析不同心电图事件患者的临床特征。结果接受心电图检查的患者共16259例，男692l例（43％），女9338例（57％）。心电图异常患者5390例，心电图事件检出率33％。①0～17岁、18—40岁、41～65岁、≥66岁受检者分别为389例（2％）、5096例（31％）、7809例（48％）、2955例（18％），而心电图异常者分别为48例（12％）、698例（14％）、2884例（37％）、1760例（60％），心电图事件检出率随年龄增加而显著增高（P=0．000）。②心电图异常事件有明显的性别差异。女性患者18～40岁检出率显著高于男性（P=0．000），男性患者0—17岁、41～65岁、〉166岁检出率显著高于女性（P=0．000），总心电图事件检出率男性高于女性（P-=0．000）。③心电图事件检出率前5位分别为sT—T改变2224例（4l％）、室性早搏604例（11％）、房性早搏520例（10％）、完全性右柬支阻滞307例（0．6％）及冠心病心肌梗死271例（0．5％）。结论门诊患者心电图事件检出率较高，明显受到年龄及性别的影响；在非儿童青少年受检者中，ST—T改变发生率较高，应在人群中积极干预其危险因素。
Objective To investigate the epidemiology of the ECG episodes in outpatient peo- ple, so as to improve the prognosis of arrhythmia. Methods We analyzed 16 259 outpatient cases who came to Fenyang hospitol for ECG from September 2011 to March 2012, retrospectively, using Chi-square test for statistic analysis. Results A total of 16 259 cases received ECG examination, 6921 cases of male （43%）, 9338 cases of femal （57%）, and 5390 cases with abnormal ECG, with a rate of 33% ECG event. The cases in 0 - 17,18 -40,41 -65, 1〉66 years old subjects were 389 cases （2%） , 5096 cases （31%）, 7809 cases （48%）, 2955 cases （18%）, and ECG abnormalities were 48 cases （12%）, 698 cases （14%）, 2884 cases （37%）, 1760 cases （60%）. ECG event rate was significantly increased with aging （ P = 0. 000）. There were significant gender differences in ECG event. ECG event in males was more than the rate in females （ P = 0. 000）. The first five ECG events, were ST-T changes （2224 cases, 41% ）, premature ventricular contractions （604 cases, 11% ）, atrial premature beats （520 cases, 10% ）, complete right bundle branch block （307 cases, 0. 6% ） and myocardial infarction （271 cases, 0. 5% ）, respectively. Conclusions The incidence of ECG episodes in outpatient cases is high and complicated, and is related to age and gender. ECG plays important role in scanning risk epi- sodes in outpatient cases.
