摘要 针对玻璃纤维浸润剂生产的特点,构建了浸润剂生产实时监控系统.研究了监控系统的网络通信问题,给出了通过MPI通信方式实现上位机与PLC之间配方的调度与管理、通过现场总线通信方式实现人工称重和自动称重同步进行的具体方法,并且分析了在总线通信方式下系统的实时性和可靠性.经现场安装、调试,该系统运行情况良好,数据传输稳定,可靠性高,实时性好. According to the features of production of the glass fiber soakage agent, a real-time monitoring system was built, which placed a high priority of the network communication problems of the monitoring system. An explicit method was given, which achieved scheduling and management of the formula between PC and PLC through MPI communication mode, and achieved approaching at the same time between the automatic weighing and the artificial weighing synchronization op- eration through fieldbns communication mode. Simultaneously, the real-time character and reliability of this system under the field bus communication mode was analyzed. After installation and debugging in the field, the current system is running in a good condition, whilst the data transmission is stable, the reliability keeps in a high level and real-time attribute is good.
