摘要
根据浸润剂生产技术的特点,将自动化技术、计算机技术和网络通信技术相结合,设计了一个基于西门子S7-300 PLC的浸润剂工艺控制系统。其最终的实践表明,该系统实时性强、控制精度高,节省了人工成本,提高了浸润剂的质量。
Aiming at the characters of the sizing agent production process,combining automatic technology, computer technology with network communication technology,an intelligent control system based on S7- 300 PLC for sizing agent production was presented. The final application indicates that the intelligent control system has strong real-time performance, high controlling accuracy,which can save labour cost and improve the sizing agent＇s quality.
